Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi received Thursday Foreign Minister of Norway Anniken Huitfeldt.

The meeting discussed mutual relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in different fields.

The meeting also touched upon latest developments in Yemen and regional and international efforts to push Houthi militia to deal seriously with efforts aiming at ending humanitarian suffering and regaining order in Yemen.

President al-Alimi talked about economic and service reforms and Houthi aggressive attacks on people and oil ports, which complicated the worse humanitarian crisis in the world.

He confirmed commitment of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to just and inclusive peace on the bases of locally, regionally and internationally agreed upon references and their integration for making the desirable peace and regaining the state institutions and ending Iran-backed Houthi militia's coup.
