Deputy Foreign Minister, Dr. Mansour Bajjash, discussed with the Chargé d'Affairs of the Chinese Embassy to Yemen, Shao Qing, ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, and coordinate positions on issues of common concern.
Bajjash reviewed developments in the Yemeni arena, ways to support economic and service reforms, and the continuation of the terrorist Houthi militia in undermining the chances of a peaceful political solution in Yemen and the governmental efforts aimed at renewing the truce and reviving the political process in accordance with the references agreed upon nationally, regionally, and internationally.
He praised the level of partnership and cooperation between Yemen and China in all aspects, stressing the importance of activating the areas of development support, investment and reconstruction in Yemen.
