The Chinese President Xi Jinping received today, Monday, the credential papers of Dr. Mohammed al-Maitami as Ambassador and Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Yemen to the Peoples' Republic of China.

Al-Maitami conveyed the best wishes of His Excellency President Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, to His Excellency President Jinping and, wishing the Chinese people more progress and prosperity.

The Chinese President asked the Ambassador to convey his best wishes to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, wishing the Yemeni people peace, stability and development.
