Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik paid Monday a field visit to Abyan Province for inspecting efforts of normalizing situations and observing citizen conditions.
Received by Governor of Abyan Abu Bakr Hussein and a number of officials, prime minister visited Zinjubar city and talked with people, who expressed their appreciation to prime minister's visit and keenness on inspecting their suffering closely.
He listened from the province's leadership on efforts of regaining security and stability and improving basic services and cooperation with the government.
He issued directives on exerting more efforts for improving basic services to citizens, especially in fields associated with daily life of people, confirming support of the government to the local authority in this domain.
Prime minister paid a visit to the Branch of the General Corporation for Water and Sanitation and directed Minister of Water and Environment to provide necessary support to the corporation to ensure water supply to people.
