The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Yemen, China discusses technological, scientific research cooperation

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Technical Education and Vocational Training Khaled al-Wosabi discussed Monday with Charge D'Affaires of Chinese Embassy in Yemen Chaw Ching enhancing cooperation in fields of technology, scientific research and improving joint relations.

In the meeting held through visual communication, Minister al-Wosabi praised efforts of China and facilitations it provides to Yemeni students in different specializations, highlighting historical relations between the two countries for long time.

He pointed out that the ministry is seeking to improve relations between the two countries in the future in field of higher education and scientific research and enhancing partnerships between Yemeni and Chinese universities, as well as working on opening courses for teaching Chinese language and culture.

For his part, the Chinese diplomat confirmed continuous support of his country to higher education and scientific research sector in Yemen and providing specialized scholarships to Yemeni students.

He also confirmed supporting development efforts and plans in Yemen.
