His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with the Council's members Tariq Saleh and Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi held talks today, Monday, with Jordanian Prime Minister Bisher al-Khaswneh.
The discussions dealt with joint coordination in different spheres mainly about the ongoing efforts to establish peace and stability in Yemen and the required pressures to deter the Terrorist Houthi militias' attacks on the economic and civil facilities which are grave violations of the Humanitarian International Law.
The conversations also touched upon the threats to the security in the Red Sea and the freedom of the international navigation and the world's energy supplies and the consequences of such terrorist threats upon the economic situations and the region's security .
Director of the Republic Presidency Office Dr. Yahya Ashua'ibi and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed BinMubark were in presence.
From the Jordanian side the attendees were: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safdi, Minister of State for Premiership Affairs Dr. Ibrahim al-Jazi, Minister of Interior Mazen al-Fraiah, Minister of Health Dr. Firas al-Hawari, Minister of Industry and Trade, Minister of Justice Yousif Ashmali and Minister of Telecommunication Faisal Ashaboul.
