Minister of Higher, Technical and Technical Education and Vocational Training, Dr. Khaled Al-Wasabi, discussed with the UNESCO Regional Director for Science, Dr. Salah Khaled, the importance of strengthening joint cooperation in the areas of developing higher and technical education in Yemen.
The meeting, which was attended by the Acting Acting National Committee for Education, Science and Culture, Dr. Hafiza Al-Sheikh, also touched on developing mechanisms for joint cooperation in implementing development programs related to higher and technical education in a number of fields.
Al-Wasabi stressed that the Ministry is working to develop the level of higher and technical education according to the available capabilities that keep pace with scientific and technological development by providing multiple opportunities to benefit in the fields of scientific and technical specialization to meet the needs of society.
