His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met today, Sunday, here with the Speaker of Shura Council Dr. Ahmed Obeid bin Dagher and the two members of the Council Headship Dr. Abdullah Abu al-Ghaith and Eng. Wahe Aman.
President al-Alimi briefed the Shura Leadership on the outcomes of his recent tours abroad including his contribution to the Arab Summit and United Nations Climate Change Conference COP27.
He also touched upon his meetings with the representatives of the International Finances Organizations with the aim of mobilizing international support to mitigate the humanitarian suffering, eliminate the coup, restore the Yemeni state's institutions.
The conversions covered topical issues in the national arena including the required efforts to bolster the national front, go on the economic and services reforms, reinvigorate the role of the authorities and parties in charge to counter the misleading media discourse of the Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias.
The Speaker of the Shura Council reported to the President about the Council's activities at national and external levels.
