The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

General al-Zubaidi receives Indian diplomat in Yemen

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Aidrus al-Zubaidi received Monday here Charge D'Affairs of Indian Embassy in Yemen Ram Prasad and the Military Attache Colonel G.S. Grewal.

Al-Zubaidi expressed appreciation of the Presidential Leadership Council to Indian government on excluding Yemen from wheat export ban under the crisis of international food over Russian-Ukrainian war, confirming that this humanitarian position will continue to be remembered and appreciated by the Yemeni people and political leadership.

The two parties discussed mutual relations between the two countries and means of promoting and enhancing them.
They also discussed security, military and economic cooperation.

Member of the Presidential Council expressed the council's aspirations for Indian support in field of security and military qualifying and training and building capacities of the cadre of the government institutions.

The two parties discussed Indian role of supporting Yemen's legitimacy represented in the Presidential Leadership Council and means of enhancing its efforts to recover economy.

They also discussed recent military escalation by Houthi militia and its rejection to all international efforts to extend the truce.

For his part, the Indian diplomat reconfirmed his country's position supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and India's readiness on providing different types of support to enable the council perform its imminent national duties in military and economic fields.
