Minister of Defense General Lieutenant Mohsen al-Dairi received Tuesday French Ambassador to Yemen Jan Marie Safa and French Military Attache Junaid Ghodah discussing with them UN Truce and Houthi militia's violations to it.
Defense minister praised mutual relations between the two countries, calling for conformity of viewpoints in dealing with terrorist groups, Houthi militia, al-Qaeda and Daesh and mobilizing international efforts for supporting Yemen face these terrorist groups and realizing permanent peace.
He confirmed that Houthi militia's violations to the UN Truce have reached more than 8000, which means stark relinquish of the truce and the militia seeks to hinder international efforts for building peace.
For his part, the French diplomat confirmed that the international community denounces these breaches by Houthi militia and calls for abiding by articles of the truce to realize peace and stability in Yemen.
