Houthi Terrorist Militias landmines kill 1104, injuring 1429 civilians in 9 years—Report
The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms reported that the Iranian-backed Houthi Terrorist Militias-laid landmines killed 1104 and injured 1429 civilians during the time from January 2017 to March 2026. For material damages, 2414 incidents were reported due to the anti-personnel and anti-armor landmines planted randomly by the militiamen.

President al-Alimi confers with Lenderking over developments, peace prospects

RIYADH - SABA
His Excellency President Rashad al-ALimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) received today, Sunday, the US envoy to Yemen Timothy Lenderking along with the American Ambassador to Yemen Steven Fagin.

The session intended to discuss the latest developments about the Yemeni situation, mainly international and UN's efforts to revive peace track.

Mr. Lenderking detailed al-ALimi on the outcomes of his recent tours aimed to maintain the UN-brokered truce, push Houthi militias to humor their commitments under the truce agreement including open Taiz's and other governorates' routes, pay public service employees' salaries from Hodeidah seaports' revenues.

The Chairman of the PLC praised the USA's role and the efforts of its special envoy to allay the Yemeni people' suffering and its political leadership at different levels.

The American envoy stated that the US administration is keen to support the reforms which the PLC and government have embarked on in order to improve basic service and the state's revenues.

Director of the Republic Presidency Office Dr. Yahya Ashoa'ibi and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak were in presence.
