Al-Sharjabi discusses with UNDP Framework Strategic Document on water

Minister of Water and Environment Tawfeeq al-Sharjabi discussed Tuesday with the Delegation of the United Nations Development Program the Framework Strategic Document on water made by the program on the bases of the national strategy for water to make a roadmap for its interventions in the future.

Al-Sharjabi confirmed support of the ministry to the document, confirming including donors and organizations working in the field to make and improve a strategy on current situation of water resources.

He issued directives to form a technical teamwork from the ministry and Authority of Water Resources to commence practical steps to activate the document in coordination with UNDP.
