Emergence of new coronavirus cases, Health Ministry calls for precautionary measures

The Ministry of Public Health and Population warned citizens to take the usual measures to confront the coronavirus, after recording a noticeable increase in the number of infected people.

The Deputy Minister, Dr. Ali Al-Walidy, told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the ministry observed cases of infection with the virus, which requires everyone to take the preventive measures followed, foremost of which are social distancing, wearing a mask and washing hands to avoid infection with the virus.

Al-Walidy also called on all citizens to go to health facilities to take the virus vaccine, as it is the best immunization against the risks of infection with the virus, stressing that the vaccines are available, free and highly safe.
