The Bulgarian Tourist Union (BTU) will organize a hike for hundreds of mountain lovers, starting from the Ivan Vazov National Theatre to Mt. Cherni Vrah, to celebrate 130 years of organized tourism in Bulgaria.
The Austrian Central Bank expects the local economy to record a slight growth in GDP of 0.3 percent for the current year 2025, thus avoiding entering a third year of recession, following stronger than expected economic performance in the first half of the year.

The Minister of Local Administration, Hussain Al-Aghbari, met today in the temporary capital Aden the Director of the World Food Program.
Al-Aghbari praised the role of the program and its intervention in maintaining food and health security and noted the work and strategy of the program in the previous period, whether in the relief or development aspect, and the way in which the program continues to operate in accordance with successful relief and humanitarian standards.
He stressed the need to exert more efforts and work in parallel and as a partner for government work, to implement projects related to livelihoods, provide sources of income for the community, contribute to finding sustainable local development, and coordinate with local authorities to enhance the work of the program and accomplish all implemented service and development plans and programs.
