Baggash says government is keen to maintain the UN-brokered humanitarian truce

Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Mansour Baggash has confirmed the keenness to maintain the UN-brokered two months humanitarian truce despite of the Houthis' continuing breaches.

He stated that it is important to get Houthi militias to implement all articles of the truce agreement to help allay the Yemenis' suffering.

He voiced his remarks as he met today with the Director of the Office of the World Food Program (WFP) in Yemen Richard Raghan.

They discussed the humanitarian situations in our country and the coordination between the Yemeni government and the WFP.
