The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Ministry of Public Health and Population announced that one million and 862 thousand children under- ten year received anti-polio vaccines, with 75% of the targeted children covered in the fifth day of the immunization campaign.
Under-Secretary of the Ministry Dr. Ali al-Waleedi told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the medical teams visited more than 897 thousand and 489 houses, up to 85% of the targeted houses.
