'MASAM' removes 3233 Houthi-laid landmines in a week

KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen " MASAM" managed to pull out 3233 of landmines, unexploded ordnances (UXO) and explosive devices in the 4th week of January 2022.
This large amount of landmines were laid down by Iran-allied Houthi militiamen in different Yemeni regions.
The Center reported that MASAM's deminers extracted 101 anti-personnel,2302 anti-tanks landmines, 516 UXO and 314 explosive devices.
With this MASAM has removed 314 thousand and 891 landmines since it has its demining operation all planted by Houthi militiamen.
