The Governor of Lahj, Major General Ahmed Turki, handed over the beneficiaries of the "Yemen Al-Khair" housing unit project, in Karrsh district, their homes, which include 153 housing units, at a cost of one million US dollars, funded by the State of Kuwait and implementated by the International Association for Protection and Humanitarian Assistance.
Governor Turki expressed in a speech Yemen's appreciation of the generous support of the State of Kuwait last represented by this great project, which will contribute to alleviating the suffering of more poor families in the country.
The project consists of 153 housing units, a mosque, a school, a health center and a supermarket
