Health ministry receives new batch of anti-corona vaccine

Ministry of Public Health and Population received Friday new batch of anti-coronavirus vaccine AstraZeneca.

Minister of Public Health and Population Qasem Buhaibeh told Saba that the ministry received 100 thousand and 800 doses of the vaccine provided by International Vaccine Alliance COVAX.

He added that the shipment has been stored in storehouses, which are equipped with fixed cooling systems under supervision of specialized technical cadre in the transitional capital of Aden.

He pointed out that the shipment will be distributed to provinces in accordance with the approved plan to all Yemeni people.
Vaccination in health facilities goes normally and in populated places so as citizens will get it easily, said Minister Buhaibeh, confirming that the vaccine is safe and free to all.
