Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs discussed Sunday with Korean Ambassador to Yemen Tae Yeol Kuack coordinating efforts towards issues of common concern.
The two parties discussed latest developments in Yemen, including Houthi militia's continuous escalation in Marib and complicating humanitarian situation over this escalation and grand violations of displaced people's rights; shelling their camps by ballistic rockets and drones and shelling villages and populated areas.
He pointed out to victories accomplished by the National Army in all warfronts, praising Korean position supporting the internationally recognized government in different fields, calling for more support in economic and humanitarian field to alleviate suffering of the people.
For his part, the Korean ambassador reconfirmed his country's support to Yemen's unity, security and stability and to all international efforts exerted for realizing peace in Yemen.
