Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Wa'ed Badhib highlighted the need for greater relief and humanitarian interventions to cope with increasingly growing needs of the IDPs and the staggering number of the Yemeni people who have become in need for humanitarian aids as a result of Houthi militia's coup and rejection to come to peace.
As he met today with the UN Resident Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen David Gressly in the temporary capital Aden he stated that the government is very keen on delivering humanitarian aids all over the Yemeni governorates.
The conversations covered a range of topical issues relating to humanitarian situations, coordination and cooperation between the government and the UN's agencies to reinvigorate relief and humanitarian actions.
