Yemen Supports Measures Taken by Kingdom of Bahrain to Confront Acts Threatening Its National Security
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has expressed the Republic of Yemen’s support and full endorsement of the measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to confront acts that undermine national security and aim to destabilize the security and stability of the brotherly Kingdom.

Bin Mubarak discusses with UN coordinator humanitarian situation in Yemen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ahmad Awadh Bin Mubarak discussed Friday with the UN Coordinator of Humanitarian Affairs William Gresley latest developments in humanitarian situations in Yemen under Houthi militia's continuous military escalation in a number of provinces.

The two parties discussed deterioration of the price of the Yemeni Rial and shortage of financing humanitarian response plan.

Bin Mubarak talked about challenges facing government efforts for realizing economic recovery and providing basic services, pointing out to significance of international and regional support to these efforts and necessity of real evaluation of humanitarian needs and making strategies for transferring from emergency phase into early revival.

For his part, the UN coordinator expressed appreciation to government's efforts for facilitations it provides for easing activities of international organizations, pointing out to partnership with the government to evaluate needs and making programs meeting reasonable average of humanitarian needs.
