Ambassador bin Shutaif discusses with Omani official latest developments in Yemen

Yemen's Ambassador to Oman Khaled Bin Shutaif discussed Monday with Minister of Royal Office General Sultan bin Mohammed Nua'mani mutual relations between the two countries and latest developments in Yemen.

Ambassador bin Shutaif confirmed keenness of the internationally-recognized government on stopping the Houthi militia's triggered war and making peace efforts successful, in addition to cooperation with efforts exerted by Oman, the UN envoy and international and regional initiatives.

He praised efforts of Sultanate of Oman of convergence of views and stopping the war, as well as Oman's unique humanitarian positions.

For his part, General Nua'mani confirmed his country's firm position supporting Yemen's unity, security and stability and continuous efforts of Oman on finding solution to Yemen's crisis.
