The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Health Minister appreciates China's support for health sector

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Bahebeh highly appreciated China's support for health sector in Yemen that proved helpful for handling coronavirus pandemic.
As he met with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Yemen Kang Yong today, Thursday, Dr. Bahebeh also praised the supportive stances of China in support of Yemen in different fields.
The Minister explored more support from the People's Republic of China for health sector to help the Yemeni government control the coronavirus pandemic.
The Chinese Ambassador stated that his country is going to provide Yemen with further medical assistances.
