The Safe Space Foundation for Women and Girls in Al-Ghaydah, the capital of Mahra province distributed 30 toolkits for women's empowerment in the field of sewing and trade, funded by the United Nations Population Fund and implemented by the local Humanitarian Access Association.
During the distribution ceremony, the Deputy Governor of Mahra for Women's Affairs, Khadija Bakrit, affirmed the local authority's keenness to support and empower women in all areas of development, praising all efforts that contribute to supporting and empowering productive families.
In addition, a meeting organized by the Public Health and Population Office in Mahra discussed, today, the evaluation of the performance of nutrition program coordinators in the districts.
