Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh sent Sunday congratulation cable to US Vice President Kamala Harris on her country's celebration of independence.

Vice President praised mutual relations between the two friendly countries and cooperation in different domains.

He welcomed US President's decision on regaining support to Yemen's military forces and building its capabilities for fighting terrorism and extremism as well as smuggling and ensuring maritime navigation freedom, pointing out to significance of this decision for combating Iranian sabotage agenda.

He praised US position supporting the legitimacy and support to Yemen's unity, security and stability.

He expressed best wishes to US Vice President, hoping her full health and happiness and more progress and prosperity to the United States.
