President al-Alimi Calls for International Efforts to Designate Houthi Militia as Terrorist Organization

Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi has formally called on UN Secretary-General António Guterres to support international efforts through the Security Council to designate the Houthi militia as a terrorist organization, enforce the arms embargo, cut off its funding and weapons supplies, and hold its supporters accountable.

Yemeni-Saudi talks on finalizing implementation of Riyadh Agreement held

The government's team tasked with following up implementation of Riyadh Agreement headed by Foreign Minister Ahmad Bin Mubarak held Friday mutual meeting with Saudi team for implementing the agreement headed by Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammad al-Jaber for implementing the military and security supplementary of the agreement.

The two parties discussed the implemented sections of the agreement and current challenges facing implementation of the military and security section.

The two parties agreed on stopping all forms of escalations complicating situations and discussed preparations for returning the government to Aden to practices its duties without obstacles.
