Yemen's Ambassador to Canada Jamal al-Sallal discussed Saturday with Parliamentarian Secretariat of Canadian Development Minister, the Member of Canadian Parliament Matinder Sido mutual relations between the two countries and means improving and boosting them.
In the meeting held via visual communications, Ambassador Sallal praised Canadian Government's continuous support to Yemen in different fields, especially humanitarian situation, confirming significance of boosting Yemeni-Canadian partnership and Canada's active participation in reconstruction in Yemen and developmental projects.
He expressed aspirations for more support to humanitarian response plan.
For his part, the Canadian official renewed his country's support to Yemen and continuous support to the government of Yemen in all fields and supporting humanitarian response plan, as well support to UN-led peace efforts for reaching permanent peace in Yemen.
