Minister of Finance, Governor of the Central Bank Discuss Comprehensive Reform Implementation with Arab Monetary Fund

Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Muhammad Beheibeh met the Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Aden, Martin Andreas in the interim capital Aden today.

They discussed number of issues related to the ICRC’s activity in Yemen.

The Minister was briefed on the activities of the ICRC’s different offices in a number of governorates and its contributions to the provision of various humanitarian services and its intervention for the first time to support confronting the coronavirus pandemic.

The Minister of Health praised the contributions of the ICRC in supporting the various health and humanitarian aspects, indicating that the ministry looks forward to continuing cooperation and strengthening the joint effort in various aspects.
