FM, French Ambassador confer over peace efforts in Yemen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Awadh bin Mubark met here on Tuesday with the French Ambassador to Yemen Jean-Marie SAFA.
They discussed the political developments in Yemen and the ongoing efforts to achieve peace.
The Foreign Minister affirmed that the government is keen on realizing peace and it will keep on seeking for a comprehensive peace.
He stated that the government has always been a keen-seeker for peace, to this end it has acted flexibly over the previous peace negotiations with Houthi militia, offered significant concessions in the hope of realizing a political settlement.
The French Ambassador hailed the progress made in implementing Riyadh Agreement, affirming his country's full support for Yemen's security, stability and the ongoing efforts to achieve peace.
