Telecom Minister, Arabsat address improvement of terrestrial stations

Minister of Telecommunications Najib Al-Awj has discussed with the CEO of the Arab Satellite Communications Organization (Arabsat) Khalid Balkheyour improving terrestrial telecom stations in Aden, Socotra and other provinces.
In a virtual meeting today, the pair discussed the requirements to prepare the terrestrial stations in the provinces. Al-Awj stressed the imperative of expediting discussions with the counterparts in the concerned institutions in what leads to a broader coverage of all Yemeni cities and coasts at a high capacity Ka-band spot beam.
