The General Military Prosecution accused the so-called Hassan Edris Arlo with the charge of entering in disguised the Yemeni territories with purpose of spying, sabotage and engaged with Houthi insurgent militia in administering the hostile combat operations against the national military troops and the Yemeni people.
The military court in Marib held a hearing session Wednesday chaired by Jugde Akeel Tajaddin in which the criminal case no 6 of 2020 made against the defendant Hassan Edris Arlo.
The court set out the next hearing session on November 25,2020 to proceed in prosecuting the suspect.
