Two training sessions, organized by the Ministry of Health with support from the World Health Organization, began in the temporary capital, Aden, today, with the participation of health professionals from the governorates of Hadramout, Shabwa, Al-Mahrah and Marib.
The first session aims at training the core team of the Health Ministry in using Go.data, a software invented by the WHO to facilitate outbreak investigation including field data collection.
The second session aims to train trainers from Hadramout Al-Sahel, Shabwah, Al-Mahrah and Marib in updating the early warning systems for monitoring and responding to emerging epidemic diseases.
