Yemen's Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh said the Yemeni people are suffering enormously as the Houthi atrocities against civilians and mobilizations for war continue.
In a meeting with the Russian ambassador to Yemen, Vladimir Didushkin, the Vice President said Yemenis as a people and army and standing fast in the face of the militia's relentless combat endurance and aversion to peace.
The Vice President said Yemen is looking forward to a bigger international commitment to handle this Iran-backed terrorism.
The Vice President warned of the great dangers facing marine life as Houthis continue to deny UN experts access to Safer oil tanker which risks exploding and leaking its 1.4 million barrels of crude into the Red Sea.
The Vice President also appreciated the Saudi role in brokering the Riyadh Agreement between the government and the Southern Transitional Council so as to unify the national ranks to restore the state and end the Houthi coup.
The Russia ambassador voiced his concern over the tanker and renewed his country's support to peace and ending the suffering of the Yemeni people.
