ADEN - SABA
A special panel has begun probing into the claims that quantities of ammonium nitrate are stored in the Seaport of Aden, which risks an explosion in the port similar to what happened in the Lebanese capital last week.
Reports that the chemical substance are stored in the port in huge quantities prompted the formation of a probe panel under the follow-up of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi and the panel is now taking sample contents from containers to check. It will take days to determine if there are any of that material which is often imported as an agricultural fertilizer.
