The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh phoned Wednesday Marib Governor General Sultan al-Irada asking him about situations in Marib and development efforts.
He praised exerted efforts and heroic accomplishments achieved by the national army with the help of popular resistance for fighting Iran-backed Houthi militia.
He pointed to criminal aggression against the province of Marib and other Yemeni areas by Houthi drones and ballistic rockets, asking about affected people over these attacks.
He also denounced Houthi ballistic rockets and drones directed to Saudi Arabia, a matter reflects the militia's follow up to Iranian regime and their rejection to all peace initiatives.
For his part, Governor Irada confirmed that the sons of Marib and heroes of the national army and security will continue to be loyal to their national duty.
