The Presidential Decree numbering (10) for 2020 issued Friday appointing General Sagheer bin Aziz , the Commander of the Joint Operations, a Chief of Staff and to be promoted to Lieutenant General.
The second article of the decree stipulated that this decree is valid since the date of its issuance and should be published in the Official Gazette.
