FM, Danish Ambassador discuss bilateral relations
[03/12/2019 03:19]

RIYADH-SABA
Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadrami and Ambassador of Denmark to our country Uele Mosby discussed Tuesday bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.

They also touched upon the developments about the situations in Yemen including the government's efforts to put Riyadh Agreement in place.

Al-Hadrami stated that the implementation of Riyadh Agreement has become imperative to counter the Houthi-Iranian scheme and its tools in Yemen. He suggested that the implementation of this agreement will give significant momentum to the efforts aiming to achieve the comprehensive peace that is based on the three terms of reference.

The Foreign Minister blamed Houthi militia's coup for creating and prolonging the Yemeni people suffering, calling for pilling up pressure upon the militia to stop blocking the humanitarian efforts and allow the UN's team access to Safer oil reservoir to do the urgently needed maintenance to prevent a potential environmental disaster.

The Danish diplomat reiterated his country's support for the legitimate government and the UN-led peace efforts. He also affirmed his country's continuous contribution to the humanitarian actions in Yemen.
