Al-Tamimi, IOM discuss establishing reception center for Yemeni returnees from abroad

The Assistant Deputy Governor of Hadhramaut for Wadi and Desert Affairs Abdulhadi Al-Tamimi discussed today with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) representatives an IOM planned study for establishing a center in Wadi Hadhramaut for reception of Yemenis returning back to the homeland from abroad through Hadhramout's al-Wadiah port of entry.

Al-Tamimi was briefed by IOM Health Intervention Officer Dr. Amr El-Morshedy and IOM Logistics Support Officer Milad Hanna on the center that will aim at providing basic services and will undertake counting and registering the returnees to the homeland through al-Wadiah

Al-Tamimi expressed the Authority's readiness to ease all the difficulties for conducting the study, out of its believe in the importance of such a reception center in servicing the returnees through psychological counseling and alleviating their suffering.
