Hadi names new ministers, central bank governor

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has named two new ministers and a new governor for the country's central bank.
The resolutions, issued on Thursday evening, named Salem bin Breik a Minister of Finance, Mohammed al-Hadhrami a Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ahmed al-Fadhli a governor for the central bank.
