Parliament Speaker Sultan al-Barakani visited Tuesday the UAE National Archive here where he was received by Director of the Archive Abdullah al-Raisi.
Al-Raisi provided a review on the archive, history and services it provides for documenting the history of the State of Emirate and providing information to researchers.
Al-Barakani toured inside facilities of the archive and inspected the documented history of Yemeni-UAE relations since establishing the State of the UAE by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan.
He expressed appreciation to what the archive includes of documents represent historical heritage to the region.
