Algeria's National Electoral Authority (NEA) announced that Abdelmadjid Tebboune won a second term in the presidential elections, after obtaining 94.65 percent of the votes.

Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh was briefed by Minister of Telecommunication and Informational Technology Eng. Lotfi Basharif on the Ministry's underway efforts and future action plan.
As he met on Saturday Basharif reported to Mohsen about underway efforts aiming to get the telecom network united and curb Houthi militia's monopoly and employ the telecoms as a key source to fund its war on the Yemeni peoples and brothers.
The VP advised doubling down efforts to keep the telecom network abreast with the technological development and better invest to serve the national economy.
