Minister of Electricity and Energy Eng. Mohammed al-Anani met Tuesday with Chief Executive Officer (CEF) of Abu Dhabi Corporate of Energy Khalifa Tahabit.
Al-Anani explored cooperation with Abu Dhabi Corporate in generate and distribute electricity.
Discussions also touched upon Yemen's need for six power transformers with certain specifications.
Al-Anani separately also met with the Director of Khalifa al-Khouri Corporate. Conversations focused on underway efforts to
get the 100MGW electricity project accomplished.
The project is funded by Khalifa Khouri Corporate with aim of improving electricity service in the temporary capital Aden.
