Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Barakani received on Thursday a cable of congratulation from the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Malta AngluFarrugia on the convening of the Yemeni Parliament's extraordinary session held recently in Sayooncity of Hadramout governorate.
Farrugia also congratulated al-Barakani for being elected as the Speaker of Yemen's House of Representatives.
