Prime Minister Dr Ma'een Abdulmalik received Monday here Ambassador of the Peoples' Republic of China to Yemen Kang Yong.
Aspects of cooperation between the two countries and the latest developments about situations in Yemen in view of Stockholm's Agreement were key focus of the discussions.
The two sides have stressed the importance of implementing Sweden Agreement as a key step toward a comprehensive peaceful solution in accordance to the three well known terms of reference.
They also underscored the importance of immediately opening safe humanitarian routes to deliver humanitarian aids to all Yemenis.
The Prime Minister praised China's supportive stances in supporting the Yemeni government and people, as well as China's efforts to help implementing Stockholm's Agreement.
He also voiced Yemen's hope that Chinese Leadership will play an influential role in persuading Iran to stop its destructive scheme in Yemen and its flagrant intervention in its internal affairs through backing a rebel militia that breaches national and international laws.
For his part, Chinese diplomat stated that his country is very interested in implementing International Security Council resolutions and putting Stockholm Agreement about Hodeidah in place.
Mr Yong also affirmed that his country is willing to contribute to the reconstruction campaign in Yemen.
