Yemen participated on Monday in the Arab Regional Preparatory Meeting for the sixty-third session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW 63).
Yemen was represented by its permanent representative to the Arab League Riyadh al-Akbari in that meeting.
This regional preparatory meeting, which was held in Cairo - Egypt, aims to develop a consolidated Arab position on the CSW 63 priority theme “social protection systems, access to public services and sustainable infrastructure for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.”
