Technical joint meeting held in Jordanian capital Amman on Thursday brought together UN, IRC, representatives of the Yemeni government and Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia.
The session devoted to pursue discussion about unanswered questions regarding the lists of prisoners, abductees and enforced disappeared persons.
Under-Secretary of the Yemeni Human Rights Ministry, committee member, Majed Fadhayel said today, Thursday, replies and clarifications about earlier unclear information in the lists were submitted. He noted that Houthis have declined to provide the government's representatives with clarifications about 232 names of incorporated in the lists.
He added that it was agreed to give an extra time ranges from 7 to 10 days to present clarifications and evidences so that final lists to be exchanged can be signed on.t
