Cabinet Reviews Current Developments, Enhance State Institutions Readiness
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani held a meeting on Sunday to review the latest developments following the Iranian violations of Yemen's sovereignty and the measures taken to manage the current phase across its political, military, security, diplomatic, economic, and media dimensions, in coordination with the Presidential Leadership Council.

PM presides over a meeting about 2019 state's general budget

Prime Minister Dr Ma'een Abdulmalik chaired a meeting Wednesday included leadership of Finance Ministry and members of the state's general budget technical panel.

Deputy Premier Dr Salim Al-Khanbashi was in attendance.

Discussions focused on the outline of the state's general budget of 2019 fiscal year.

Deliberations touched upon figures, indicators and legal regulations in light of the state's general budget was worked out.

Prime Minster ordered Finance Ministry to assimilate necessary requirements of local authorities in different governorates in the country and to boost decentralization tendencies in administering the state in the new state's general budget.

" Most important requirements to improve basic services must be taken into account", said Dr Ma'een.

The Prime Minister also stresses on the importance of enhancing the Finance's monitoring role on national institutions and policy of spending.
