Yemen's Ambassador to Iraq Al-Khader Ahmed Marmash met Thursday with Under-Secretary of Iraqi Foreign Ministry Nezar Al-Khyer Allah.

Aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries were key focus of the discussions.

Marmash touched upon the developments about the situations in Yemen, citing serious implications of the Houthi militia's coup.

The Ambassador stated that legitimate has been a keen seeker for sustainable peace that should be based on the well known three terms of reference.

The Iraqi official stated that his country is interested in maintaining Yemen's security, stability and unity.
