Hadi orders Economic Committee to address causes of Riyal depreciation

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has ordered the Economic Committee tasked with addressing the dramatic depreciation of the national currency to continue its extraordinary meetings to address the causes of the depreciation issue.
Hadi chaired a meeting of the Committee on Monday in the presence of his deputy Ali Mohsen Saleh and prime minister Ahmed bin-Daghr.
The Riyal has plummeted drastically, trading at 790 for one US dollar, down from 215 before the Houthi coup in 2014.
